Praise him with tambourine and dancing, praise him with the strings and flute, praise him with the clash of cymbals, praise him with resounding cymbals. Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!             Psalm 150:4-6

Webster's dictionary describes worship as an extravagant respect or admiration for or devotion to an object of esteem. Here at the contemporary services at Cokesbury that "object" is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We believe that worship is a daily sacrifice of our lives and living in the light of His grace.

We come together as a church body every Sunday morning at The Crossing (9:30) and The Connection (11:00) worship services to celebrate the worthiness of our Lord and to celebrate what He has done in our lives throughout the week. We believe just as the Psalmist says, "Let everything that has breath PRAISE THE LORD!"

Both of our contemporary services offer music with an edge to help challenge us to go deeper in our faith with Christ. Here at Cokesbury you have the freedom to worship God with your hands raised, your dancing shoes on, and a heart ready to be drawn into His presence.

We'd love to see you come to be a part of the celebration!
