Sunday morning is our time to dig into the Bible to find God’s message of love and grace. The Bible stories we encounter each week reveal the character and nature of God…the God of the Bible is the God of today and will be the same tomorrow! In an uncertain world, our children need to know absolute truth…and our Bible is full of truth.
9:30 a.m. - All classes are located on South Campus.
• Age/grade level classes led by teaching teams
• Preschool classes are created based on child’s age (must be 3 as of September 30, 2010 – pre K) and they must be potty-trained.
• Each year deliberately and intentionally builds a foundation for a life as a follower of Jesus
• Teachers and classrooms are ready for children at 9:15 so that parents may worship at either the North or South campus. (How does this work?)
11:00 a.m. - All classes are located on South & West Campuses.
• Multi-age classes for preschool and elementary children
• South campus – teachers and classrooms are ready at 10:45 so that parents may worship at either the North or South campuses (How does this work?)
• West Campus – elementary children share worship with families first and are dismissed to their class
Wednesdays 6:30 p.m.
Join us at the South Campus for our mid-week “faith surge” as we help our preschool and elementary children learn to take the Bible stories they have heard and make it relevant to their lives in God’s kingdom. Do our words and our actions reflect God?
This ministry follows the Knox County Schools calendar.
Preschool/Mother's Day Out
The Cokesbury Children’s Center (CCC) is a Christian-based care center for young children aged 11 months through age 5. CCC is licensed by the State of Tennessee via ongoing oversight and annual licensing review by the Department of Human Services. CCC is a voluntary participant in the Tennessee “STARS” Quality Rating process which recognizes child care facilities which go ”above and beyond” the minimum state requirements. Kingdom Kids Choir
Kingdom Kids Choir for elementary age children has started up again. We practice with Paul & Jill on Wednesdays in Jan Sanders Hall on the South Campus at 6:00. Kids can go straight to Kingdom Quest after choir. Anyone in K-5th grade is welcome to join us! Questions? Email Jill Stuckey.
